Triva World is looking for a skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Manager Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization to achieve maximum ROI.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple ad accounts, creating engaging ad creatives, and scaling successful campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Conduct audience research and segmentation for precise targeting
• Create and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve performance
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, and ROAS
• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel
• Manage and analyze campaign budgets efficiently
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with Meta platform updates and advertising trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a Facebook Ads Manager / Paid Media Specialist
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy, conversion tracking, and remarketing
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Creative thinking with a focus on ad testing and performance improvement
• No degree required – experience and results are what matter most

• Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Email Marketing (bonus)
