Job Description:
Triva World is looking for a talented and creative Instagram Ads Manager Expert to plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a deep understanding of Instagram’s advertising ecosystem, including Reels, Stories, and Feed campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for building impactful campaigns that help our brand grow, reach new audiences, and achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Instagram ad campaigns (Feed, Reels, Stories, and Explore)
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation for maximum impact
- Design and test ad creatives, captions, and visuals for better engagement
- Optimize campaigns for click-through rates, conversions, and ROI
- Track performance metrics through Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel
- Prepare weekly reports with campaign insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, algorithms, and ad formats
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align visuals with brand identity
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–2+ years) as an Instagram Ads Manager / Paid Social Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Instagram ad formats
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns effectively
- Ability to write catchy ad copy and choose engaging visuals
- No degree required – proven skills and creativity matter most
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or landing page tools
- Understanding of remarketing and lookalike audience strategies
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
