Triva World is looking for a skilled and organized Project Management Expert to oversee and coordinate various company projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.
You’ll work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to manage timelines, allocate resources, and track project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects across departments
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
- Develop timelines, task lists, and progress reports
- Identify potential risks or delays and create solutions proactively
- Track and report project performance, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and management
- Ensure proper documentation, workflow, and task follow-up for each project
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager / Operations Manager / Team Lead
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- No degree required – experience, reliability, and results matter most
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing or creative project workflows
- Understanding of digital operations and online tools
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills
