Job Description:
Triva World is looking for a data-driven and performance-focused SEM / PPC Expert to join our Paid Advertising Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
This role requires analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to create impactful ad strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Write compelling ad copies and creatives to increase CTR and conversions
- Manage and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, and CPA performance
- Track results using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
- Prepare weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with SEM, PPC, and paid media trends
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a PPC / SEM / Paid Media Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Keyword Planner
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and remarketing
- Analytical skills with experience using data to improve ad performance
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently
- No degree required – performance and expertise are what matter most
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads
- Familiarity with landing page optimization tools (Elementor, Unbounce, Webflow)
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking
- Understanding of SEO and funnel marketing
