Job Description:
Triva World is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Management Expert to lead the planning, development, and optimization of our product lines. The ideal candidate will oversee the full product lifecycle — from idea generation and market research to launch and performance analysis — ensuring that all products meet customer needs and business goals.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership to successfully guide cross-functional teams and deliver market-ready products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product planning, development, and execution across all stages
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to develop product strategies
- Define product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and positioning
- Track product performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure quality and delivery timelines
- Prepare reports and insights on sales, ROI, and market performance
- Stay updated with industry innovations and consumer behavior trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager / Category Manager / E-commerce Specialist
- Strong understanding of market analysis, product positioning, and business strategy
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple products and teams efficiently
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, or ClickUp
- No degree required – practical experience and results matter most
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon/eBay platforms
- Experience in digital product launches or e-commerce
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and design
